Jayden Wilson is a senior linebacker for UTEP who transferred from New Mexico. The El Paso native played in 23 games over two seasons with the Lobos, recording 43 tackles, two sacks, and two forced fumbles before joining the Miners. In 2025, Wilson appeared in all 12 games with nine starts, finishing second on the team with 92 total tackles. He added 8.0 tackles for loss, 0.5 sack, six hurries, one interception, one fumble recovery for 34 yards, and three forced fumbles. Wilson ranked tied second in Conference USA in forced fumbles and posted a season-high 16 tackles with 2.0 TFL against Liberty.
