Jaime Guerrero is a 6'1" safety from El Paso, Texas who attended Eastlake High School, where he earned first team All-District 1-6A honors during his 2021 senior season. That year he recorded 118 tackles (45 solo), 4.0 tackles for loss, one sack, three interceptions, three pass breakups, a fumble recovery and a forced fumble across 12 games. At UTEP, Guerrero redshirted as a freshman in 2023. He appeared in nine games during his redshirt sophomore year in 2024, contributing two tackles on special teams including one during the season-opening kickoff against Nebraska. In 2025, his redshirt junior campaign, Guerrero played in 11 games and recorded one tackle on special teams in a victory over UT Martin.
