Copelin Windfont is a redshirt freshman linebacker for UTEP standing 6'0" and weighing 220 pounds. Originally from Barrett Station, Texas, he attended Crosby High School, where he appeared in 39 varsity games and accumulated 321 tackles (188 solo), 51.0 tackles for loss, 14.0 sacks and eight forced fumbles. During his junior season, he recorded 100 tackles and 4.0 sacks. In his sophomore year, he posted 83 tackles (55 solo) with 5.0 sacks.
