Ethan Day is a 6'4", 250-pound defensive end from Ripon, California who began his collegiate career at Modesto Community College in 2022. He recorded 16 tackles, 6.0 tackles for loss and 3.0 sacks in nine games before transferring to Wyoming for 2023-24, where he appeared in 14 games across two seasons and totaled 19 tackles, one TFL, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Day started all 13 games at defensive end for North Texas in 2025, posting 48 tackles, 7.0 TFL and 4.5 sacks with a fumble recovery. He registered seven tackles in the win against Army and recorded four tackles with one TFL in the American Championship game versus Tulane.
