Ken Talley is a redshirt senior defensive end from North Philadelphia who attended Northeast High School. A consensus four-star recruit in the Class of 2022, he was ranked No. 210 on the Rivals250 and No. 300 on the top-300 national recruit rankings. Talley redshirted his freshman year at Penn State in 2022, then transferred to Michigan State. In 2023, he appeared in five games and recorded five tackles with 1.0 tackle for loss. During the 2024 season, Talley played in 10 games, totaling six tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks while adding two quarterback hurries. He transferred to UCF for the 2025 season.
