Jacob Maiava is an offensive lineman for the UCF Knights standing 6'2" and weighing 280 pounds. A native of Kahuku, Hawaii, Maiava attended Santa Margarita Catholic after transferring from Las Vegas Liberty before his junior year, when he recorded 21 pancake blocks across all 10 games. Ranked as a three-star recruit by national outlets, he committed to UCF over UNLV, SMU, and NC State. During his 2025 freshman season, Maiava made his collegiate debut against West Virginia on October 18, then appeared in three consecutive games against Houston, at No. 6 Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State, totaling eight snaps across four contests while utilizing his redshirt.
