Connor Meadows is a redshirt senior right guard from Trenton, Tennessee who attended Peabody High School before playing at Tennessee and Tennessee State. At Peabody, he registered seven tackles in his senior season, including four solo tackles on both the offensive and defensive line. Meadows appeared in one game for Tennessee in 2022 before redshirting. During his 2023 redshirt freshman season, he made his debut in the Vols' homecoming win over UConn on November 4 and appeared in the 48-24 victory over Vanderbilt on November 25. At Tennessee State in 2024, he played in all 14 games and earned First Team All-Conference honors on the offensive line. Now at UCF, Meadows played in eight games in 2025, with four starts, seeing 187 snaps at right guard, 33 at right tackle, four at left tackle, and also filling in at tight end. His first start as a Knight came at tight end against Baylor on November 1, with three additional starts at right guard closing the season.
