Demari Henderson is a redshirt senior safety for UCF, standing 6'0" and weighing 185 pounds. The Sanford, Florida native from Seminole High School joined the Knights as a three-star recruit in 2022. Henderson appeared in 11 games as a freshman, recording 12 tackles and two pass breakups. After redshirting in 2024 due to injury, he returned in 2025 to start all 12 games and post 61 total tackles, including 43 solo stops, a career-high mark. He registered three tackles for loss, earned his first career sack against BYU on November 29, and intercepted one pass at Kansas State on September 27. Henderson was named to Athlon Sports' Preseason All-Big 12 Fourth Team Defense for 2026.
