Caleb Rollerson is a 6'2", 210-pound wide receiver from Ocala, FL who transferred to Hawthorne High School before his senior year, recording 800 receiving yards that season. He redshirted his freshman year at UCF in 2024 without appearing in games. As a redshirt sophomore in 2025, Rollerson played in eight games, including the final seven of the season. He recorded three receptions for 67 yards, with a long of 39 yards. His first two career catches came in UCF's Homecoming win over West Virginia on October 18, totaling 59 yards, followed by one catch for eight yards against No. 11 BYU on November 29. Rollerson earned 2025 Big 12 All-Academic Team honors.
