Que Billingsley is a left cornerback from Phenix City, AL, who attended Central Phenix City High School. At the high school level, he recorded 30.5 tackles as a senior with five interceptions. Billingsley began his college career at Kennesaw State in 2023, appearing in two games before receiving a redshirt. In 2024, he played in 11 games for the Owls, tallying 34 total tackles and three pass breakups. He transferred to Gardner-Webb in 2025, where he played in 12 games and registered 35 tackles, two sacks, one interception, and eight pass breakups. Billingsley now plays for UAB as a redshirt junior transfer.
