KJ Daniels is a 5'10", 170-pound wide receiver from Franklinton, Louisiana, who attended Bowling Green School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, he was rated the nation's No. 53 wide receiver by national outlets and No. 13 prospect in Louisiana by the same outlet. As a sophomore at Franklinton High School in 2021, Daniels caught 19 passes for 331 yards and four touchdowns while rushing 30 times for 230 yards and three scores across 10 games, earning first-team District 9-4A honors. He helped Bowling Green School to a 2023 state runner-up finish and was named that year's offensive player of the year. Daniels redshirted during his 2024 season at Oklahoma and did not play in 2025. He transferred to UAB as a redshirt sophomore.
