Kelvin Washington is a kick returner for Tulsa who arrived in the 2025 signing class from Longview High School in Texas, where he recorded 3,615 rushing yards and 47 touchdowns over three varsity seasons. The 5'9", 170-pound true freshman made his collegiate debut against Abilene Christian on August 30, 2025. In three appearances during 2025, Washington carried the ball five times for 21 yards and led the team in kick return production with 170 yards on seven attempts, including a long return of 60 yards.
