Dexter Williams II is a quarterback from Macon, Georgia, who attended Mount de Sales Academy. He played college football at Indiana, Georgia Southern, and Kennesaw State before transferring to Tulsa. Across 17 career games, Williams has completed 99 passes for 1,219 yards with 11 touchdowns and rushed 94 times for 363 yards and five touchdowns. At Kennesaw State in 2025, he appeared in eight games with four starts, passing for 787 yards and six touchdowns while adding 153 rushing yards and three rushing scores.
