Ethan Head is a placekicker and kickoff specialist from Glen Ellyn, IL who transferred to Troy from West Virginia. At Wheaton Academy, he recorded 94 kickoffs for 5,824 yards and 59 touchbacks while also punting, averaging 43.8 yards per kick. As a freshman at Tulane in 2024, Head made four of five field goal attempts with a long of 38 yards and went 18-for-21 on PATs. He spent the 2025 season at West Virginia as the starting kickoff specialist in seven games, recording four touchbacks and averaging 59.15 yards per kickoff. Head is a junior transfer who wears No. 33 for the Trojans.
