Walter Ryan Moses is a quarterback for the Toledo Rockets. The Perry, Ohio native was a three-time all-state, all-district and all-conference selection in high school, earning District Player of the Year honors twice and conference Player of the Year three times. Moses holds Perry High School records with 7,486 passing yards and 89 touchdown passes, and led the program to a 39-5 record over four years and a Division 5 state championship as a junior. He lettered four times in football and three times in basketball. Moses sat out the 2025 season as a redshirt while retaining freshman eligibility and is pursuing a major in political science.
