Ameer Yasin is an offensive lineman for the Toledo Rockets standing 6'5" and weighing 305 pounds. A native of Tallmadge, Ohio, Yasin was a four-year letterman at Tallmadge High School, where he also earned a letter in track and field. He received all-suburban selections as a sophomore, junior, and senior, was named honorable mention all-Ohio and first-team All-District as a junior, and earned first-team All-Northeast Ohio honors as a senior. Yasin was invited to the All-American Bowl and recruited as a three-star prospect. He sat out the 2025 season as a redshirt while retaining freshman eligibility and currently majors in psychology.
