Wardell Mack is a 6'0", 177-pound defensive back from New Orleans, Louisiana, who attended John Ehret High School. A redshirt sophomore, Mack appeared in seven games during the 2025 season, recording six solo tackles across contests against UTEP, Sam Houston, Kentucky, Mississippi State, and Texas A&M. He recorded his first career interception in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl against Michigan on December 31. As a true freshman in 2024, Mack redshirted while appearing in four games, including victories over Colorado State, UTSA, ULM, and Florida.
