Xavier Filsaime is a 6'1", 198-pound safety from McKinney, Texas, currently in his second year with the Texas Longhorns. A five-star recruit ranked 37th nationally in the 2024 class, Filsaime appeared in seven games as a true freshman, including the CFP Quarterfinal against Arizona State and the CFP Semifinal against Ohio State. During his 2025 sophomore campaign, he played in 10 games with two starts, recording 16 total tackles, seven solo tackles, and one pass deflection. He earned his first career start against Vanderbilt on November 1 and started again in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl versus Michigan on December 31.
