Ryan Niblett is a redshirt junior kick returner from Houston, Texas who stands 5'10" and weighs 192 pounds. A four-star recruit ranked 64th nationally in the 2023 class, Niblett has appeared in 30 career games at Texas. During the 2025 season, he served as the team's primary kick and punt returner, recording 13 kickoff returns for 262 yards (20.2 average) with a long of 25 yards, and 21 punt returns for 476 yards (22.7 average) with a long of 79 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught 8 passes for 60 yards and added 4 total tackles on defense. Niblett earned FWAA First-Team All-American honors and was named Coaches' All-SEC Second Team in 2025.
