Kade Phillips is a 6'0", 194-pound right cornerback for the Texas Longhorns and a second-year student from Missouri City, Texas. Phillips enrolled as a five-star prospect ranked No. 27 overall in the 2025 recruiting class. He made his collegiate debut against San Jose State on September 6, 2025, and appeared in 12 games during his freshman season, including three starts. In the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl against Michigan on December 31, Phillips recorded eight solo tackles, two tackles for loss, and a pass breakup. For the 2025 season, he totaled 22 tackles (16 solo), 6 pass deflections, and 2 tackles for loss across all games played.
