Joakim Dodson is a 6'0", 197-pound wide receiver from Memphis, Tennessee, who attended Baylor School. He enrolled at Tennessee in June 2025 and appeared in five games as a true freshman, primarily on special teams and in a reserve receiving role. Dodson caught two passes for 38 yards during the 2025 season, including a 27-yard reception in his debut against ETSU. He returned a kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown against Illinois in the Music City Bowl on December 30, becoming the third player in program history to score on a kickoff return in a bowl game. Dodson is a returning roster member for the 2026 season.
