Daune Morris is a sophomore running back for the Tennessee Volunteers from Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he attended Oakland High School. A four-star recruit rated 0.8942 nationally, Morris enrolled at Tennessee in January 2025 and appeared in seven games during his freshman season. He carried the ball 35 times for 133 yards and one touchdown, adding one reception for four yards. On special teams, Morris returned three kickoffs for 92 yards (long of 44) and three punts for 24 yards. His touchdowns included a 10-yard rushing score against ETSU on September 6.
