Josh Nengite is a freshman rusher for Temple who enrolled in January 2026. The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania native attended Susquehanna Township High School, where his team posted a 32-3 record over three seasons. As a senior, Nengite recorded 90 tackles and 7.0 tackles for loss on defense while also playing wide receiver with 22 receptions for 342 yards and eight touchdowns. He added 81 tackles and 3.0 tackles for loss as a junior. Nengite was a three-star recruit with a 0.86 rating and ranked 1500 nationally in the 2026 class.
