Jaylon Joseph is a 6'2", 235-pound rusher from Houston, TX who transferred to Temple in January after three seasons at Lafayette. At Lafayette, Joseph recorded 23 tackles, 7.5 sacks, and three forced fumbles across 12 games in 2025, including a season-best 2.5 sacks against Fordham. As a sophomore in 2024, he appeared in all 12 games with 11 starts, collecting 20 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and one sack while returning an interception for a pick-six against Marist. Joseph earned Patriot League Rookie of the Year honors in 2023 after posting 28 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and four sacks in 12 games as a freshman. He currently holds preseason fourth-team All-American Conference recognition from Phil Steele and Athlon Sports.
