Darren Wu is a placekicker and punter for Temple. The 5'9", 160-pound specialist from Medford, New Jersey, played high school football at Shawnee, where he made seven field goals and converted 84-of-87 PATs while averaging 46.0 yards per punt and recording 26 touchbacks on kickoffs. He began his college career at Lafayette in 2023, appearing in 10 games as a freshman and averaging 53.7 yards per kickoff with four touchbacks. Wu transferred to Temple, where he appeared in games during the 2025 season as a redshirt sophomore while earning selection to the President's Honor Roll. As a redshirt junior in 2026, he competes for the Owls at kicker and punter.
