Marcus Washington Jr. is a defensive back from Grovetown, Georgia, who arrived at Syracuse in summer 2024 after playing at Georgia and Louisville. Originally a 2023 prospect, he reclassified to 2022 and appeared in one game during his redshirt year at Georgia, recording a tackle against Samford. He played in all 14 games for Louisville in 2023, logging 132 snaps on special teams and four on defense as the Cardinals reached the ACC Championship Game.
