Gemaus Sackie is a true freshman linebacker for Syracuse Orange, standing 6'0" and weighing 210 pounds. The Burlington Township, New Jersey native was rated three stars by recruiting services, and ranked among the top 20 players in New Jersey. At Burlington Township High School under head coach Stephen Everette, Sackie won two division championships and earned two All-County selections and First Team All-South Jersey honors. He served as a 2025 team captain and also competed in track and field, winning a division championship. Sackie is pursuing a degree in Arts & Sciences.
