Braheem Long Jr. is a free safety from Camden, New Jersey, where he played for Camden High School. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Long has appeared in 23 games through two seasons at Syracuse. In his 2025 sophomore campaign, he played in every contest with four starts, recording 52 tackles to lead all defensive backs. He added 2.0 sacks, one interception, and two pass breakups on the year. Long's best performance came against Clemson on September 20, when he tallied eight tackles, a sack, an interception, and a pass breakup.
