Kole Briehler is a defensive tackle for Stanford who hails from Pennington, New Jersey. He attended Hopewell Valley High School before transferring to The Hun School of Princeton, where he earned five varsity letters in football along with one in basketball and three in track and field. At The Hun School, Briehler recorded 52 tackles, 29 solo tackles, 21 tackles-for-loss, nine sacks and two forced fumbles in his senior season. He was ranked as the top defensive tackle recruit in New Jersey by recruiting services as part of the 2025 recruiting class. In 2025, his freshman year, Briehler appeared in Stanford's season finale against Notre Dame and retains redshirt eligibility.
