Gavin Geweniger is an outside linebacker for Stanford, standing 6'4" and weighing 240 pounds. A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, he attended Chaparral High School in Paradise Valley, where he earned all-state honors twice and lettered in football, wrestling, and track and field. As a high school defensive end, he recorded 14 sacks, 116 tackles, and 29 tackles-for-loss. Geweniger redshirted as a freshman in 2023, earning the Greg Piers Award for Defense, and did not appear in games as a sophomore in 2024. In 2025, he made his collegiate debut in the season finale against No. 9 Notre Dame, taking 11 snaps in the fourth quarter.
