Breylan Thompson is a nickelback from Missouri City, Texas who attended Episcopal High School in Bellaire. He played one season at Yale, appearing in all 10 games and recording 31 tackles (27 solo), three tackles-for-loss, one sack, eight pass breakups and a forced fumble. Thompson joined Stanford as a transfer for the 2025 season, appearing in seven games primarily on special teams. He made his Stanford debut against Hawai'i on August 23 and recorded both of his tackles in the home game versus Pittsburgh on November 1. Standing 6'1" and weighing 190 pounds, Thompson wears number 27 for the Cardinal.
