Jyaire Brown is a 5'11", 180-pound nickelback from New Orleans, LA, who attended Lakota West HS in Cincinnati, Ohio. A four-star recruit in the 2022 class, Brown played three seasons at Ohio State before transferring to UCF. During his 2025 campaign with the Knights, he appeared in 11 games with one start against No. 6 Texas Tech on November 15, recording seven tackles including six solo stops and one tackle for loss against Houston on November 7. Brown logged one pass breakup in 2025 and is returning to Southern Miss as a redshirt senior.
