Teddy Foster is a left cornerback who transferred to South Florida in January 2026 after two seasons at Florida. The Sarasota native attended Cardinal Mooney HS, where he recorded 44 tackles (33 solo) with six pass breakups and an interception as a senior, also earning a spot on the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll in 2024. At Florida, Foster appeared in 11 games across two seasons, including five games in 2024 where he posted four tackles (three solo) and earned a redshirt. In 2025, he saw action in six games and logged one solo tackle on 12 defensive snaps against LIU.
