Israel Boyce is a safety who transferred to South Florida in January 2025 from West Virginia. The 6'0", 195-pound defender from Douglasville, Georgia appeared in 20 games across two seasons with the Mountaineers. During his 2025 campaign, Boyce played in all 12 games with one start, recording 30 tackles (18 solo), a blocked kick, forced fumble and pass break-up. He posted seven tackles against Texas Tech and six versus TCU. As a high school senior at Douglas County HS, Boyce registered 51 total tackles, three pass breakups and three interceptions while earning All-State First Team honors.
