Grayson Howard is a 6'4", 240-pound linebacker who transferred to South Florida in January 2026 after playing at Florida and South Carolina. The Jacksonville native and Andrew Jackson High School graduate was a four-star recruit ranked 201st overall in the 2023 class. At Florida in 2024, Howard started nine games and compiled 37 tackles (17 solo), a sack, two tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble, two quarterback hurries, and one pass breakup, earning SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition. He appeared in 11 games during his 2023 season at South Carolina, recording 19 tackles (10 solo), a tackle for loss, and a forced fumble.
