Neil Salvage III is a redshirt sophomore running back from Waxhaw, North Carolina who attended Charlotte Latin School. At the high school level, he accumulated 1,223 all-purpose yards over 10 games while averaging 4.9 yards per carry with five touchdowns, earning second-team CISAA all-conference honors and serving as team captain and MVP. Salvage joined South Carolina as a true freshman in 2024 and redshirted after working with the scout team.
