Justin Okoronkwo is a 6'3", 230-pound linebacker for South Carolina who transferred from Alabama in January 2025. The Munich, Germany native appeared in all 12 games as a sophomore, making eight starts at the WILL position after entering the starting lineup in Game 4 against Missouri. He tied for the team lead with 64 tackles, adding 4.0 tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries, one pass breakup, and one interception against Vanderbilt. Okoronkwo recorded season-highs of nine tackles twice—at Texas A&M and against Coastal Carolina—and logged at least three stops in every contest.
