George Wilson Jr. is a 6'5", 240-pound left defensive end from Virginia Beach, Virginia, who graduated from Green Run High School. A four-star recruit in the 2021 class, Wilson began his college career at Florida State in 2021 as a true freshman redshirt before appearing in three games during the 2022 redshirt freshman season. He transferred to Campbell, where he played in all 11 games in 2023 with four starts, recording 21 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks. In 2024, Wilson appeared in all 12 games for Campbell, tallying 18 tackles including 6.0 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks. He joined South Carolina in summer 2025 but suffered a knee injury early in fall camp requiring surgery and missed the season. Wilson, a services management graduate, is currently pursuing a Master's degree in coaching education.
