Emmet Rhoades is a long snapper from Chicago who graduated from Saint Ignatius College Prep, where he earned two CCL All-Conference selections. He began his college career at Florida A&M in 2023 as a reserve, redshirting without game action. Rhoades played one game for Akron in 2024, making his collegiate debut against Toledo. He transferred to Western Carolina in summer 2025 and appeared in all 12 games handling snaps for punts and field goals, recording two tackles on special teams with assist credit against Gardner-Webb and at Wake Forest. He was named to the 2025 CSC Academic All-District team. Now at South Carolina as a redshirt junior, Rhoades majors in biological sciences.
