Donovan Darden is a 6'4", 240-pound linebacker from Havelock, North Carolina, where he was a two-way player at defensive end and quarterback. As a senior in 2024, he totaled 85 tackles, 24.0 tackles for loss, and 11.0 sacks. Darden enrolled at South Carolina in January 2025 and went through spring drills at the Mike position. During the fall, he appeared in 10 games primarily on special teams, playing in one of the first three contests and each of the final nine.
