Nick Simmons is a wide receiver for South Alabama standing 5'9" and weighing 175 pounds. The redshirt freshman from Gulf Breeze, Florida, attended Pace High School, where he earned Second Team All-State honors and scored over 70 varsity touchdowns across his prep career, including 33 as a sophomore. Simmons also competed in lacrosse during high school. He received recruitment offers from Louisiana and Southern Miss before joining the Jaguars. Currently pursuing a degree in physical therapy, Simmons wears number 89 and is returning to the program after appearing in no games during the 2025 season.
