Kaydon Degraffenreid is a 6'0", 225-pound linebacker from Jacksonville, Florida, who attended Lake Orion High School in Michigan and earned First-Team All-Conference and First-Team All-State honors. He made his collegiate debut at Rutgers on August 29, 2024, while playing for Howard, appearing in nine games that season with solo tackles against Mercyhurst and Sacred Heart. In 2025 at Garden City Community College, Degraffenreid appeared in 10 games and recorded 37 total tackles, including 25 solo stops and 12 assists, along with 2.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, and one interception returned for a touchdown. He returns to South Alabama as a redshirt junior and is majoring in nursing.
