Dashaun Caffee is a safety for the South Alabama Jaguars listed at 5'7" and 165 pounds. The Prattville, Alabama native attended Stanhope Elmore High School, where he was named a team captain, earned three-star recruit status from recruiting services, and collected First Team All-County, All-Metro, and All-Area honors. He tied for third in school history in interceptions and was twice named Herald Fans Choice Player of the Week. Caffee appeared in one game during his 2024 freshman season, recording one tackle in South's matchup against LSU, and redshirted in 2025. He is a redshirt sophomore returning to the roster.
