Anthony Ivey is a 5'11", 191-pound wide receiver from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who attended Manheim Township High School. A four-star recruit in the 2022 class, Ivey was ranked the No. 209 overall prospect and No. 32 wide receiver by recruiting services. At Penn State, he redshirted in 2022, appeared in one game in 2023, and played in 11 games in 2024 primarily on special teams, recording his first career reception—a 15-yard catch against Kent State on September 21. He played in 11 games in 2025, again mostly on special teams. Ivey transferred to San José State ahead of the 2026 season and is a returning redshirt senior.
