Joseph Borjon is a 6'8", 338-pound left tackle from La Puente, California, who began his college career at Mt. San Antonio College (2020-21), where the Mounties averaged 40.9 points per game. He transferred to Arizona, where he appeared in six games with three starts during 2022-23. Playing on an offensive line for the eighth-ranked passing offense (308.3 yards per game), Borjon contributed to Arizona's fifth-ranked red zone offense (93.0%) and other top-20 national statistical rankings. He appeared in one game during his 2024 Aztec debut against Texas A&M-Commerce, recording 47 offensive snaps, before suffering a season-ending injury. Borjon is a full participant heading into fall camp at San Diego State.
