Cam May is a 6'7", 310-pound left tackle from Detroit, Michigan, who attended Southeastern High School before playing three seasons at Howard University (2022-2024). At Howard, he appeared in 21 career games on the offensive line, including eight starts in his final season. He helped the Bison to a Cricket Celebration Bowl appearance in 2023 and contributed to Howard's MEAC regular season championship share in 2022, the program's first since 1993. May transferred to San Diego State and made his Aztecs debut against Stony Brook on August 28. During the 2025 season, he played in six games, seeing action against Cal, Colorado State, Nevada, Fresno State, and Hawaii.
