Cincere Rhaney is a running back from Los Angeles who transferred to Sacramento State after two years at San Diego State. At Serra HS in Gardena, California, he earned three-star recruit status and was named Mission League MVP as a senior. Over his prep career, Rhaney accumulated 4,603 rushing yards and 50 touchdowns on 558 carries, along with 24 receptions for 314 yards and two additional scores. He redshirted in 2024 and appeared in games during 2025, rushing for 19 yards on five carries, all against Stony Brook with a long gain of 8 yards.
