Cincere Rhaney is a running back from Los Angeles who transferred to Sacramento State after two years at San Diego State. At Serra HS in Gardena, California, he earned three-star recruit status and was named Mission League MVP as a senior. Over his prep career, Rhaney accumulated 4,603 rushing yards and 50 touchdowns on 558 carries, along with 24 receptions for 314 yards and two additional scores.
