Vernon Allen III is a 6'2", 200-pound wide receiver from Baltimore, Maryland who attended Perry Hall High School. As a senior in 2024, he recorded 34 receptions for 622 yards and nine receiving touchdowns, while adding four rushing scores and three tackles-for-loss with 1.5 sacks on defense. Perry Hall finished 10-3 that season and reached the MPSSAA semifinals. Allen earned first-team all-state honors as a junior after posting 74 catches for 1,123 yards and 13 touchdowns, helping the Gators to a 12-1 record and a Class 4A-3A semifinal appearance. He played his collegiate debut in 2025, recording one reception for 18 yards against Norfolk State on September 13.
