Mike Higgins is a 6'5", 250-pound tight end from Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, who attended Blair Academy before joining Rutgers. A three-star recruit in the 2022 class, Higgins made his collegiate debut in 2022 against Wagner. He appeared in three games as a sophomore in 2023, including the Pinstripe Bowl victory over Miami. In 2024, his junior year, Higgins played all 13 games with two starts, recording five receptions for 36 yards while appearing in contests against Wisconsin, UCLA, USC, Illinois, and Kansas State. Now a senior, Higgins earned 2025 Academic All-Big Ten honors after appearing in nine games.
