Joe Nwachukwu is a linebacker for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights standing 6'0" and weighing 225 pounds. A native of Somerset, New Jersey, Nwachukwu attended Franklin High School, where he played linebacker and running back under coach Blair Wilson. In his senior season, he recorded 83 tackles and five tackles-for-loss while contributing 24 rushes for 126 yards and three touchdowns on offense. He earned first-team all-division honors from Central Jersey Sports Radio and also competed in basketball at Franklin. Nwachukwu did not appear in games during his freshman and sophomore seasons at Rutgers and is returning as a junior. From Franklin · Somerset, NJ.
